Abstract
We reviewed the echocardiograms of all children presenting with Kawasaki di sease who had normal echocardiograms at the first and follow-up studies 6 t o 8 weeks later. No child with normal coronary arteries at these studies ev er developed coronary artery abnormalities on subsequent follow-up 6 to 12 months later.
