Abstract
Ventriculo-peritoneal (V-P) shunt is a frequently performed surgical proced ure for treating hydrocephalus. The incidence of breast carcinoma in the UK is 20,000 cases per year.(1) We present a case of a patient with breast ca rcinoma in association with V-P shunt.
