Abstract
Taking into account the precedent rhodium complex-catalyzed silylformylatio n of l-alkynes, an efficient recycling of the catalyst consisting of a zwit terionic rhodium complex, [Rh(cod)][BPh4] (cod = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) (2), i n a typical ionic liquid, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate [ Bmim][PF6] (1), under biphasic conditions was easily achieved.
