Abstract
A special experiment system has been proposed for studying the thermal phys ical property under shock compression. The optical radiation was recorded b y a high time-resolution pyrometer. The ratio a of sample and window materi als under shock compression was studied by using this experimental techniqu e. The thermal conductivity of CHBr3 calculated from a under shock compress ion is about 10(3) times larger than that under normal conditions.
