Abstract
The aim of this paper is to study the modules M with a finite direct sum de composition M = M-1 circle plus (...) circle plus M-n such that all the end omorphism rings End(Mi) are homogeneous semilocal. In particular, we find c omplete results about the uniqueness of such decompositions (Krull-Schmidt Theorem).
