Abstract
The ground state properties of new nuclide Ne-31 are investigated within th e framework of the density-dependent relativistic mean-held theory. One-neu tron halo in Ne-31 is predicted. Calculations also show that the ground sta te of Ne-31 is (3/2)(-) and it can be used for the testing of the nuclear s hell structure near the neutron-drip line.
