Abstract
We report on a case of chronic cutaneous borreliosis with manifestations cl inically compatible with morphea and lichen sclerosus et atrophicus. The hi stopathologic features of these lesions were those of acrodermatitis chroni ca atrophicans, Our case illustrates the concept that clinical aspects of m orphea and lichen sclerosus et atrophicus pertain to the spectrum of cutane ous borreliosis, Copyright (C) 2001 S.Karger AG, Basel.
