Abstract
Two patients with alopecia syphilitica are presented. Moth-eaten alopecia i s the most typical look of secondary syphilis on the scalp. With the decrea se in syphilis cases in western countries, this rarer clinical manifestatio n tends to be misdiagnosed. Copyright (C) ,2001 S.Karger AG, Basel.
