Abstract
Five-year survival of patients with stage 4 Barrett's adenocarcinoma is min imal. Such a patient is presented, alive without evident disease, 7 years a fter resection of the primary lesion, during which time he drank Peruvian h erbal tea. (C) 2001 Harcourt Publishers Ltd.
