O. This is the first product of 2,2 ' -bipyridineruthenium(II)-polyoxometal

hic study showed that the crystal structure was constructed by electyrostat
ic attraction and C-H . . .O hydrogen bonds between tris-[2,2 ' -bipyridine
]ruthenium(II) and decatungstate polyanion. The tris-[2,2 ' -bipyridine]rut
henium molecules occupy cavities in the polyoxometalate lattice ordered alo
