Abstract
A spatial linear program that strategically arranges and schedules forest t reatments so as to meet peak stormflow objectives is formulated and demonst rated. The approach uses simulated spatial routing of stormflows nested as short-term time schedules within longer-term forest planning time periods. A simple case example is used to demonstrate the formulation and explore it s spatial sensitivity.
