Abstract
The fluorometric reaction of acrichin (quinacrine hydrochloride) with hexachloroantimonic acid has been studied. The formation of a water-in soluble product has been shown. The precipitate contains equimolar qua ntities of acrichin and acid, The optimal conditions of formation, ext raction, and determination were found. Acrichin was used for the extra ction-fluorometry determination of nanogram amounts of antimony(v).
