Degenerate homogeneous structures of type S-1 on pseudo-Riemannian manifolds

We obtain all of the pseudo-Riemannian manifolds endowed with homogeneous s tructures defined by isotropic vector fields. Thus, the (general pseudo-Rie mannian) class Sl of homogeneous structures is fully determined.
