Abstract
A new lepocreadiid genus, Amphicreadium, is erected for the species A. dens peniculus n. sp. from Acanthaluteres vittiger and for an unnamed species fr om Meuschenia freycineti, both from off northern Tasmania. The new genus is distinguished from all other members of its family by its amphistomatous b ody plan.
