Abstract
Interactions related to A-B phases exist between fluxons with Phi = al pha Phi(0), alpha not equal integer when the fluxons are actually imme rsed in a region with non-vanishing mobile charge density. In particul ar, for the interesting case of alpha = 1/2 we find that this force is attractive. We briefly comment on the prospects of observing such for ces.
