Abstract
The incorporation of anthracene monomers in fluorene polymers (see Figure) suppresses the formation od aggregates severely thereby increasing the elec troluminescence quantum efficiency. The spectral properties of these new po lymers, their preparation, and applications are discussed. [GRAPHICS]
