Abstract
An X-ray diffraction procedure for the crystallinity of polymer blends determination was verified by comparison with the DSC method. Crystal linity of polyamide 6/sulfonated polysulfone (PA-6/SPS) blends was inv estigated using X-ray and DSC methods. A good consistency of the resul ts was observed. Both methods showed the same trends in the variations of crystallinity as a function of blend composition. (C) 1997 Elsevie r Science Ltd.
