hrombophilia. We present a case where 1 dizygotic twin inherited thrombophi
lic genes from both the father and mother, resulting in placental fetal thr
ombotic vasculopathy and intrauterine growth restriction, whereas its co-tw
in inherited only 1 such gone from its mother and was unaffected.
