Abstract
Poor pregnancy outcomes have been reported to be associated with maternal t hrombophilia. We present a case where 1 dizygotic twin inherited thrombophi lic genes from both the father and mother, resulting in placental fetal thr ombotic vasculopathy and intrauterine growth restriction, whereas its co-tw in inherited only 1 such gone from its mother and was unaffected.
