This report describes a patient with Li Fraumeni Syndrome who first present
ed with an unusual fibroadenoma containing atypical multinucleated giant ce
lls. These cells are thought to be fibrohistiocytic in nature and are rarel
y seen in fibroepithelial lesions of the breast. Previously these cells wer
e considered incidental in nature. The possibility of Li Fraumeni Syndrome
needs to be considered when such features are encountered in future. (C) 20
