Abstract
The toxic effects of chemotherapy have been noted to cause a range of acute necrotizing colonic inflammatory disorders but until recently these have n ot been associated with docetaxel chemotherapy. Here we report a case of pa ncolitis presenting as megacolon following the administration of docetaxel for recurrent breast cancer. (C) 2001 Harcourt Publishers Ltd.
