Abstract
A reversed-phase ion-pair chromatographic (RPIPC) method with N,N,N,'N'-eth ylenediaminetetrakis(methylenephosphonic acid) (EDTMP) as coordinating agen t has been developed for simultaneous separation and detection of COO, Fe(I II), and Pb(II) ions. Response is linearly dependent on amount of sample ov er the range 9.52 - 50.8 mug mL(-1) for Cu(II), 8.31-41.8 mug mL(-1) for Fe (III), and 373-51.8 mug mL(-1) for Pb(II). The method has been applied succ essfully to an artificial mixed-ore sample.
