Abstract
We report the case of a 92-year-old man with lesions of classic Kaposi's sa rcoma occurring in a zosteriform pattern. The mechanisms of dermatomal dist ribution are speculated and cutaneous lesions presenting in a zosteriform p attern are reviewed.
