Abstract
Cutaneous Acanthamoeba infection is a rare opportunistic infection in immun ocompromised persons. We report a case of a patient with AIDS who developed disseminated Acanthamoeba secondary to chronic acanthamoebic sinusitis and review recent literature regarding new treatments for this relatively hard -to-treat disease.
