Abstract
This letter presents a simple duty-cycle control scheme for direct torque c ontrol of an induction motor. The scheme reduces torque ripple, controls th e average output torque, and reduces the variation in switching frequency. The effectiveness of the proposed technique is demonstrated through experim ental results.
