Abstract
The structure of deacetylravidomycin M, an inhibitor of interleukin-4 signa l transduction, was elucidated to be 6H-benzo[d]naphtho[1,2-b]pyran-6-one. 4-[3,6-dideoxy-3-(dimethylamino)-alpha -altropyranosyl]-1-hydroxy-10,12-dim ethoxy-8-methyl- by spectroscopic studies including NMR measurements.
