Abstract
An extremely rare case of bilateral antrochoanal polyp in an otherwise fit 12-year-old girl is reported. The antrochoanal polyps were removed by bilat eral Caldwell-Luc operation. Histopathological examination showed them to b e of benign inflammatory nature.
