Abstract
Microcystic adnexal carcinoma (MAC) is a relatively uncommon adnexal neopla sm that can display aggressive local invasion. MAC occurs most commonly on the central part of the face and can be clinically asymptomatic with a beni gn appearance. We describe the First reported case of MAG in an African Ame rican man who was treated by Mohs micrographic surgery.
