We report a case of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), with a preceding history
of sarcoidosis, in a patient with a lupus anticoagulant (LA), a low-level p
araprotein and heterozygosity for the factor V Leiden mutation. Following c
ytotoxic chemotherapy the patient developed a progressive arterial thrombos
is necessitating a left below-knee amputation.
