Abstract
Gynecomastia is benign enlargement of the male breast and is commonly drug induced. Various drugs are responsible and chemotherapeutic drugs can also cause gynecomastia. Cladribine is now widely used for the treatment of hair y cell leukaemia. We present a case report of development of unilateral gyn ecomastia in a case of hairy cell leukaemia treated with cladribine and que stion whether this was induced by the chemotherapy.
