Gynecomastia is benign enlargement of the male breast and is commonly drug
induced. Various drugs are responsible and chemotherapeutic drugs can also
cause gynecomastia. Cladribine is now widely used for the treatment of hair
y cell leukaemia. We present a case report of development of unilateral gyn
ecomastia in a case of hairy cell leukaemia treated with cladribine and que
stion whether this was induced by the chemotherapy.
