Abstract
Eu-complex. layers are embedded into Be-complex layers to form a multi-quan tum-well (MQW) structure. The electroluminescent (EL) spectra of the MQW EL devices depend on the drive voltage, and the possibility of this type of d evice as voltage indicators is introduced. An efficient, pure red single la yer type of EL device based on a copolymer containing carbazole hole transp orting pendant group, the same Eu complex pendant group, and methyl methacr ylate backbone is also reported.
