Abstract
This paper presents the experimental construction of a liquid-crystalline B ragg filter. The filter is designed as a low-cost WDM decoupler for fibre-o ptic networks, but can also be used as a demultiplexer in polarization-code d transmission. The theoretical basis, principle of operation and results o f experimental examination of the device are given.
