Abstract
This article examines several key community factors that impact indivi dual learning. Specifically, the impact ui wealth, parent support, sin gle-parent families, mobility, and school organization on academic ach ievement at the community level and on individuals in the context of t he community is considered, Key definitions and specific indicators of ten cited in the literature are presented. The interrelations among th ese factors are emphasized.
