Abstract
This contribution presents a locally, nonorthogonal FDTD analysis of a clas s of conformal antenna arrays. A complex test structure is considered, cont aining two patches, dielectrics, absorbing boundaries, and a heavily distor ted mesh region. This structure is deliberately, designed to determine whet her inaccuracy is introduced by the use of distorted meshes. (C) 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
