Nonlinear kinetic equations describing cosmic ray propagation in a sca
ttering medium are analyzed. The scattering is determined by cosmic ra
y interactions with MHD-fluctuations. We consider a self-consistent mo
del in the framework of MHD-wave radiation by the cosmic rays. Our inv
estigations show that in the mo del the region in which cosmic rays ar
e confined occurs naturally around the disk of cosmic ray sources. Bey
ond the boundary the scattering is not effective giving rise to the ru
n-away flux of cosmic rays. This process of cosmic ray flux focusing j
ust describes particle excape from the Galaxy.
