Abstract
A patient is described with the tubulointerstitial nephritis with uveitis s yndrome. The diagnosis can be difficult since it has to be differentiated f rom sarcoidosis, or infections like tuberculosis and toxoplasmosis. Our pat ient showed prompt recovery of fever, ocular symptoms and renal function af ter starting corticosteroids. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights res erved.
