Abstract
We report an uncommon case of unilateral spontaneous hematoma of the right adrenal gland in a 22-year old young man. Preoperative diagnosis was made b y ultrasonography and CT-scan. A right adrenalectomy was performed. Patholo gical evaluation showed an isolated hematoma without adrenal abnormalities. The diagnostic and therapeutic aspects are discussed.
