Abstract
The authors report the case of a 50-year-old drinker and smoker presenting with isolated acute on chronic epididymitis, leading to the diagnosis of te rtiary tuberculosis. This now exceptional case emphasizes the value of scro tal ultrasound and complementary investigations looking for other sites of tuberculosis.
