Abstract
The perovskite (La1-xSnx)(y)MnO3-delta (LSnMO) films with colossal magnetor esistance effect have been grown on (100)LaAlO3 substrates by pulsed laser deposition. The strain and grain size of different thick LSnMO films have b een investigated, Through the analyses of the transport and magnetic anisot ropic properties of LSnMO films, the effects of strain and grain size on th e film properties have been discussed.
