Abstract
A procedure for the determination of Cd, Ph and Cu in different wine s amples after simple sample preparation on a mercury film electrode (MF E) by potentiometric stripping analysis (PSA) is presented. In 150 Ger man wine samples collected in 1993/94 the following values were found: Cd mean: 0.63 ng/mL (range: 0.003-0.98 ng/mL); Ph mean: 50 ng/mL (ran ge: 4-254 ng/mL); Cu mean: 250 ng/mL (range: 50-394 ng/mL).
