Abstract
The synthesis of a new hybrid analog of the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inh ibitors huperzine A and B is reported. An intramolecular reductive dicarbon yl coupling was used as a key reaction for constructing the tetracyclic rin g system. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
