Abstract
The bilocal-approximated strong-property-fluctuation theory (SPFT) was impl emented in the long-wavelength regime for biaxial bianisotropic and chirofe rrite composite mediums endowed with ellipsoidal microstructural topology a nd orientation diversity. Small differences exist between the estimates aff orded currently by the SPFT on the one hand and the Bruggeman as well as th e incremental Maxwell Garnett homogenisation formalisms on the other hand - as functions of volume fraction, inclusion shape, and orientation diversity . In contrast, the effect of the correlation length is significant, and is likely to yield to experimental clarification.
