Abstract
Safety and efficacy of the irrigated tip catheter used as first-line therap y for flutter ablation were assessed in 221 consecutive patients. A 99% acu te success rate was observed without significant complications and only a 3 % of recurrence rate was observed during a mean follow-up of I year.
