Abstract
The recent development of electrogram storage by implanted pacemakers has a dded a new dimension to the diagnosis of device malfunction and spontaneous arrhythmias in pacemaker patients. This memory function provides precise e lectrographic documentation of arrhythmia onset mechanisms and the efficacy of anti-arrhythatic therapy.
