Abstract
We report a case of cytokeratin-positive, CD45-negative primary polymorphic centroblastic lymphoma of the adrenal gland. Additional immunostaining, wh ich demonstrated positivity for CD20 and kappa light chain, as well as dete ction of the monoclonal rearrangement of the immunoglobulin heavy chain gen e, helped to establish the diagnosis of lymphoma and to rule out an initial ly favored diagnosis of poorly differentiated carcinoma.
