Abstract
A new generic name is proposed for a group of 23 bipaliid species that shar e a unique feature of the female copulatory organ: the ovovitelline ducts t am dorsally before reaching the gonopore, and enter the female organ from a n antero-dorsal aspect. They are distributed in Madagascar, India, Sri Lank a, China, Sarawak, and West Malaysia.
