Abstract
Testosterone was reported to affect a variety of reproductive endpoints. Mo re notable were the effects of dihydrotestosterone on cell proliferation in the prostate cancer cell model LNCaP and Sertoli cell function. Testostero ne production was also biphasically affected by prolactin that was administ ered to adult testicular cells in vitro.
