Abstract
A 58 x 58 pixel CMOS detector array for on-chip amplitude demodulation on a ll pixels in parallel is presented. Optical signals can be detected at Dopp ler frequencies of I kHz up to I MHz, with a dynamic range of 57 dB, and at a pixel readout rate of up to 3 MHz.
