Abstract
Large and nonbasic anions are needed to stabilize novel and highly electrop hilic/oxidizing cations. The Sb(OTeF5)(6)(-)-anion is suitable for this pur pose and can now be introduced as a counterion by metathesis of the here re ported Cs salt with MF6- salts (M = As, Sb) since CsMF6 is insoluble in man y solvents.
