Abstract
Plate-bound monoclonal antibodies (mAb) are often used as a way of stimulat ing lymphocytes in vitro. Our observations show that the concentrations of mAb used in functional assays in vitro must be carefully assessed before co nclusions are drawn about lymphocyte activation or co-activation.
