Abstract
The influence of a sufficiently nonstationary Raman contribution to nonline ar susceptibility on the dynamics of cnoidal wave propagation in optical fi bers is theoretically analyzed. The dependence of the parameter that descri bes the curvature of the propagation trajectory on the degree of localizati on of the wave energy is presented. (C) 2001 Optical Society of America.
